Privacy policy

Advokat24 processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection». We collect only the information necessary for the service to operate: registration, processing of requests, and publication of profiles and reviews.

What data is processed

• name and contact details provided in a request or during registration;
• specialist profile information that the specialist publishes themselves or that has been obtained from open official registers;
• technical data used to protect against abuse (IP address, date of request).

How data is protected

The content of requests is not transmitted in open email notifications. Documents uploaded for verification are kept in closed storage and are not publicly disclosed. No third-party advertising trackers are used in personal accounts.

Your rights

You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion by writing to the address given on the «Contacts» page.
