How the rating works

Score

A specialist's rating is the arithmetic mean of the 1 to 5 star scores in published reviews. With no reviews, the card shows «no ratings» rather than zero stars. The number of reviews is always shown next to the score.

Who can leave a review

Reviews are left by registered clients — one review per specialist, which can be updated. Reviews linked to an actual request made through the platform are marked «Request via Advokat24». The author may hide their name.

Moderation

A review is published after it has been checked: it must contain no insults, no personal data of third parties and no information protected by advocate's professional secrecy. The specialist may reply to a review or dispute it — the decision is made by the moderator; a specialist cannot unilaterally delete an unwelcome review.

«Hearts»

A «heart» is a visitor's sign of appreciation. One heart per profile can be given from a single device; tapping again removes it. Hearts are counted separately and do not affect the star rating.

Listing order

Profiles labelled «Promoted» are shown in a separate block above the rest. When sorting «By rating», promoted profiles come first, ordered by rating, followed by the others. Equal scores are ordered by number of reviews, then by number of hearts, then alphabetically.

Rating score and the «Recommended» order

By default the registry is ordered by rating score, which reflects a specialist's reviews and activity on the platform:

• each «heart» — +1 point;
• each published review — from −1 to +3 points depending on the stars: 5★ — +3, 4★ — +2, 3★ — +1, 2★ — 0, 1★ — −1;
• each case (defence) completed by the specialist in the Advokat24 case cabinet — +5 points.

Specialists with an active status come first, ordered by score; with equal scores, verified profiles, profiles with a photo and with a connected cabinet rank higher. An organization's score is the sum of its specialists' scores. Paying for promotion does not change the score.
